Finding Simplicity | Hip Sequence // Peak Pose: Firefly

Intent:

The intent for the practice is to keep things simple – moving away from complexity, over-thinking and over-analysing.  Choose a physical spot in your hips to focus on.  Breathe into your spot in each pose.  If the area you have chosen isn’t directly touched by the breath, imagine the breath reaching the spot.   If you find yourself moving away from the experience of body, bring your attention back to your spot.  Keep things simple and find the space that offers.
